PAVLOVA - The Family Favourite

Family Favourite with a FINO sauce. (GF)

Ingredients

- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup (220g) caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon (GF) cornflour
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 250g cream whipped
- 1 punnent strawberries
- FINO Berry Jells (sliced) - optional
- FINO Senga Sengana Fruit Sauce 

Method

Preheat overn to 300C

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Add sugar. Mix.

Add sifted cornflour & vinegar.

Reduce oven tempurature to 150C

Cook for 1 hour. Allow to cool.

Whip cream and decorate with fresh strawberries and FINO Jells

Pour FINO Fruit Sauce over pavlova.

Serve and enjoy!
