Cupcakes
- 1 cup (200g) caster sugar
- 110g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 200g plain flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup (125ml) milk

Icing
- 100g butter/margarine
- 3/4 cup Icing Sugar
- coloured sprinkles
Eyes, Nose, Mouth, Ears
- White chocolate buttons (for eyes)
- Chocolate smile
- FINO Jells (eyes nose or mouth)
- Candy Banana (nose)
Preheat the oven to 180 C.
In a medium bowl, cream together the sugar and butter.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Sift and combine flour and baking powder, add to the creamed mixture in batches, stirring well.
Mix in the milk until smooth.
FIll patty pans filling to 3/4 full.
Bake cupcakes for 20-25 minutes.
Cool.
Beat butter
Slowly add icing sugar.
Beat to smooth spreadable consistency.
Top with icing
Top with spinkles and decorate.
