Try this simple salad all year round. (GF) (V)
- Butter lettuce or lettuce mix
- 1 cucumber finely sliced
- 1 punnet cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- mint (optional)
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- FINO Alphonso Mango Fruit Sauce
Wash and combine all salad ingredients
Mix oil, balsamic and FINO fruit sauce in a small container, stir / whisk with fork.
Pour over salad serve and enjoy!
